Educational Programmes

Our museum offers an educational programme, specially designed by expert educators and aligned with the objectives of the Active Citizenship Enhancement Actions Programme implemented in schools.

The programme is aimed at Year 3 and Year 4 primary school pupils and is carried out both at the Museum and in the classroom.

Teachers are provided with a guide of suggested activities to be implemented at school before and after the visit to the Museum.

This programme is aligned with the themes developed in the classroom and strengthens dialogue between the school community and cultural institutions.

Museum Kit

Our museum is in the process of developing a museum kit, which schools will be able to borrow in order to educate young pupils in natural history through portable exhibits.

Creative Writing Workshops

As part of organised school visits, our museum offers free creative writing workshops for young pupils, led by specialists. Through these workshops, children connect with nature and the museum’s exhibits through free expression and creativity.
